Upon receipt of such request or order, the Data Controller shall no later than within one month of the date of such request present the response and carry out the actions requested therein or refuse to carry them out. If necessary, the indicated period may be extended for two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject within one month of the date of receipt of the request about such extension and provide the reasons for delay.

The Data Controller may prevent facilitation of implementation of the said rights by the data subjects, except the refusal to process personal data for direct marketing, in cases prescribed by law requiring to ensure prevention, investigation and ascertaining of crime and violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
