Ingredients: peppermint leaf (20 %), coriander fruit (20 %), dandelion root (20 %), calendula flower (10 %), birch leaf (10%), immortelle flower (10 %), caraway fruit (10 %).
Preparation instructions: Pour in 1 tsp (heaping) of herbal mix, add 100-150 ml of boiling water and cover. Let steep for 15-20 mins for the herbs’ best qualities to be released and then strain. Drink 3-4 times a day, 15-20 mins before meals.
Not to be consumed by people sensitive to the ingredients of the tea. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Store in the manufacturer‘s packaging, in a dry place below 25 °C.
